All users view all devices ?

Is there a way to use device groups so that not all users can see all devices?
No matter how you manage it, you can always see all the devices, no matter what permissions you set.

In the accessilbe devices tab, users can only see the devices that they have permission to access to.

Notice that access is granted if either the user group permissions or device group permissions allow it. One device is shown if

a. doesn't belong to any user or device group
b. one can access the user the device assigned to
c. one can access the device group the device belongs to
