Moving from Remixv2 to RRv7 - using @remix-run/v1-route-convention - what is the upgrade path?

As it currently stands, the v1-route-convention package cannot be installed with the newer dependencies of react router after running the upgrade Codemod and trying to run npm install so how can we migrate? has anyone else ran into this?

Also wondering this. Assuming we could upgrade to hybrid routes but this is going to be a pain.

Put simply, flat routes or the ways they are going or forcing us down do not work for us. This is a production app with over 2000 routes. One of the earliest adopters of Remix from when it went open source, built from the ground up on it, as it ticked every box and worked perfectly in its initial form. This new manner of routes is not production ready or suitable for such a scale application.

This has a script to upgrade for you. Hybrid routes are basically the same as the existing structure? I am attempting this on our app now with ~50 routes so it's not on your scale.

You might also be able to use @react-router/remix-routes-option-adapter so that you can continue to use the v1 routes package?

should be able to give this another go when I get back from leave - hopefully one of these will provide a resolution
