Pass Through Proxy
The idea is to have the REST Trigger and REST activity (https://github.com/project-flogo/contrib/tree/master/activity/rest)
changed in such away, that there is a possiblity to create a flogo app that has pass through proxy functionalities.
CHANGES ACTIVITY:
The activity should use the incoming method, rather than need to create an activity per METHOD
A METHOD called TRIGGER is added to the selection list in the activity. TRIGGER will automatically use the incoming method from the TRIGGER
The activity should use an application variable to inject the 'schema://hostname:port' definition. This will ensure
the flogo proxy application can be deployed multiple times to expose different APIs.
