Upgrade

Update the image used for plausible

_compose.yml

plausible:
- image: ghcr.io/plausible/community-edition:v2.1.5
+ image: ghcr.io/plausible/community-edition:v3.0.0-rc.2

and restart the containers

@myazaki Lost all my data too, but you can easily restore back to a previous version. Somehow the websites don't show up anymore at the new release
