Upload file to specific collection folder

We now have folders in collections, but they are more to manually manage and move things around for now.

I would like to have to option to upload my Hero images automatically to the media/hero folder, when I put them into the hero upload field in my pages collection.
Also when I select existing, I would prefer to be automatically inside the hero folder by default :)
