Add security

I now set the service export EDGEX_SECURITY_SECRET_STORE to false,Now I want to introduce the security mechanism,What do I need to do? Can you help me sort out the detailed steps？My deployment is not docker。I read the documentation myself and knew I had to download Vault。But I don't know what other modules need to be introduced and how to configure them in detail

Please refer to the released docker-compose file with the DGEX_SECURITY_SECRET_STORE = true

Although you are not using docker, the settings for each service should be the same.
