Student Developer Pack application stuck in Pending for over 30 minutes

Hi everyone,

I have been applying for the GitHub Student Developer Pack. Normally, the application result appears within a few minutes, but this time it has been over 30 minutes and the status still shows Pending.

I have:

• Ensured my GitHub profile name and billing info match my student document exactly
• Uploaded valid proof of enrollment
• Logged out and back in
• Tried another browser

Could someone from the GitHub Education team please check my application or advise how to reset the Pending state so I can proceed?

Don't worry, sometimes this happens, which means that the application needs additional manual verification. The waiting time may vary depending on different factors, such as the volume of requests; it usually takes a few days, but sometimes it can take a little longer, even a couple of weeks.

If approved, you'll get a PRO badge on your profile once benefits become available:

Once available, you can claim your Copilot PRO offer on this signup link.

To redeem others benefits, go to the pack offers page, scroll down to the "All offers" section and select any offer that suits you.

In case you encounter a problem claiming any offer, I recommend you raise a ticket here, select "I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers" and explain your issue.
