Can't input Chinese character in file but can in filename.

I use Traditional Chinese and found it can't input Chinese in the file, but can enter Chinese when editing filename.

Both Windows/Chrome and Ubuntu/Chrome.

Windows version: Win11, 23H2
Chrome version: 141.0.7390.76

Input Method Editor (IME): Which IME are you using to type Traditional Chinese? (e.g., Microsoft Bopomofo, Changjie/Cangjie, Google Pinyin Input, etc.). This is often a key factor in input-related bugs.

Screen Recording: If possible, could you record a short GIF or video showing the issue? This would be extremely valuable to see exactly what happens when you try to type.

Different Browser: Have you had a chance to test if the same issue occurs in a different browser, such as Firefox or Edge? This would help determine if it's a Chrome-specific problem.
