Github workflow is waiting in the queue and not progressing from few hours. No error , no log is printed.

Yeah, this can happen when GitHub's hosted runners are under heavy load or there's a temporary issue on their side. If it's stuck in the queue with no logs, it's likely not your config.

A few things you can check:

• GitHub Status page: https://www.githubstatus.com/ , see if there are ongoing issues with Actions.
• Make sure you're not exceeding your usage limits (especially on free/private repos).
• Sometimes, just re-running the job after a while helps when the queue clears up.

If it's been stuck for hours, it’s probably best to wait it out or reach out to GitHub Support if it’s critical.
