GitHub Education Application UI Bug

Hello !

I seem to be running into an issue at the very beginning of the application process. As I understand applicants are permitted to both take photos and upload photos and documents for verification.

I do not have the option to upload any documents. This is problematic only in that records for verification are stored virtually on student portals.

Is there some way to remedy the missing upload feature?

Is there an alternative method of submitting materials for this Github Education Application?
