Hi @zebra2525Ta, GitHub no longer provides manual reviews. I recommend you translate your academic proof from Japanese to English and then fill in your billing information and your GitHub profile with your translated full name exactly as it appears on your academic transcript. The automated system is unable to correctly read languages that don't use the Latin alphabet. For further reference, take a look at this discussion, as this user solved it by doing this: #164204 Remember to log out and log back into GitHub before submitting a new application. Hi everyone,
I’m trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack.
My student ID clearly states that I belong to the Faculty of Distance Learning (通信教育学部), and I have selected the option indicating that I’m studying remotely.
However, my application keeps getting rejected. I believe this might be because I’m currently not located near a campus, since my program is entirely remote.
Please note that my student ID is written in Japanese, and it says 「通信教育部」, which means "Faculty of Distance Learning" in English.
Is there a way to have my case reviewed manually or submit additional proof?
