Time zones on Profile Page are not accurate for daylight savings

I am trying to set my current local time on my profile, but the dropdown menu is only showing (GMT-5:00) Eastern Time. That should be GMT-4:00 since we are on daylight savings time.

The final display on my profile is accurate though. UTC-4:00 is showing correctly.
