Subject: Issue Registering for GitHub Sponsors — Payment & Email Problem

Dear GitHub Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I'm currently trying to register for GitHub Sponsors, but I encountered a few issues:

When submitting my application, I received an error message:
"Something went wrong. Please try again later, or contact support."

I also tried to contact you through the support form, but it rejected my email address ([email protected]) with the message:
"Please enter a valid work email address."
Unfortunately, I don't have a company domain yet, as I'm an independent developer.

Could you kindly advise me on how to proceed with the GitHub Sponsors registration in this case?
Also, are there alternative ways to verify my account or contact support?
