Poetry Plugin Export Stuck in Infinite Loading

Problem Description

I'm experiencing an issue while trying to install the poetry-plugin-export plugin using:

poetry self add poetry-plugin-export

The installation process hangs indefinitely, and I’ve waited for over 5 minutes without any progress.
Running the command multiple times results in the same behavior.

System Information

• OS: Windows 11
• Python Version: 3.13.2
• Poetry Version: 2.1.1

Troubleshooting Steps Taken

1. Checked network connectivity → No issues with internet access.

2. Ran command as Administrator → Same result, still stuck.

3. Verified installed plugins using:

poetry self show plugins

4. Updated Poetry using:

poetry self update

But the problem remains.

Expected Behavior

The plugin should install successfully without getting stuck in an infinite loading state.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Are there any known workarounds, or is this a potential bug in Poetry?
