Do not preload Sunshine "Applications" other than "Desktop"

Currently only "Steam Big Picture" is preloaded. Sunshine should not preload any non-desktop applications. The user may not have the application or have the application set up in a way that doesn't work with the preloaded application configuration. If the user has something they want they should add it themselves.

Sunshine doesn't install steam or anything, so if you don't want that application you can simply remove it from your list. Most users have it though, so we will keep it as a default.

I think we should hear the opinions of others before marking an answer. Steam is also a for-profit service. Sunshine should NOT assume an user has some other software downloaded, especially for-profit software. If Steam Big Picture can get a spot as a preloaded app why can't others (at least so far)? This is a problem with preloading application configurations for non-desktop things.

If the user has a working installation of Steam and wants a Steam Big Picture configuration they can easily add it themselves.
