I have two devices connected to my GPU:

1. HDMI dummy adapter
2. LG OLED TV

The primary configuration is the dummy adapter is disabled (ie. [Show only on 2] in Windows Display Settings) and the LG TV is active. However, the LG TV goes into deep sleep (?) when turned off so I think Windows doesn't show any active displays (?) which might be the problem.

Regardless, Sunshine is set to activate the HDMI dummy plug but it isn't working. Moonlight reports an error:

Host returned an error: Failed to initialize video capture/encoding. Is there a display connected and turned on? (Error 503)

im be able to do it if i create the virtual destop with https://github.com/VirtualDrivers/Virtual-Display-Driver/releases but i need to run sunshine from terminal to get the diplay id and set it manually on config> audio & video > display id
it need to be the full id like {abc-123} akk description inside the quotes(but without quotes) as displayed on terminal
