Add option to fastapi endpoint to delete output directory on completion

Hi team,

I am running this on a smaller server and wish to keep storage costs down, could you please add the option to delete the output directory after a document has been processed, the current system is eating up drive space.

It would also be helpful to have a health check endpoint on the fastapi service, as well as a version check, currently you can only get the version by sending a document.
