Feature Request: Integrate ChatGPT Project Memories into Codex (VS Code)

Hi there,

I just tried Codex in VS Code. Immediately, I recognized a big missing piece for it to be a killer integration:

Description
Currently, Codex in VS Code and ChatGPT Project Memories are separate. This means I have to re-explain the same project context every time I switch between ChatGPT and VS Code.

Proposal
• Allow Codex in VS Code to access and use ChatGPT Project Memories directly.
• Provide a sync mechanism, so updates to project memories in ChatGPT are immediately available to Codex.
• Give users transparency and control (e.g. which project memory is active, the ability to switch or reset).

Value
• Seamless collaboration between ChatGPT and Codex.
• No redundant explanations of project context.
• Consistent and context-aware coding assistance across ChatGPT and VS Code.
