Change punctuation pauses for Microsoft voices

Hi guys,

It should be possible to change the punctuation pauses in the Windows speech outputs Microsoft OneCore and Windows Microsoft Speech API Version 5 in the settings. Some of them are too long in my opinion. It would be nice if the users could change this for themselves and adjust it according to their needs.
I hope you know what I mean -:-)
