• nearcore:
  • fixed failing nayduck tests due to query routing removal (@khorolets)
  • improved the structured error for query endpoint (@khorolets)
  • gas_price is refactored to the structured errors (@chefsale)
  • fixed the Indexer Framework usage example code (@chefsale)
• indexer:
  • needed to upgrade indexer to newer nearcore due to the protocol version upgrade (@khorolets)
  • added a local Docker file for indexer-for-explorer (@mhalambek)
• meta: Initial tutorial on Indexer Framework is merged (@khorolets): Add indexer guide docs#617
• borsh-rs: a new minor release happened 0.9.0 (unsafe behaviors is now explicitly unsafe) (@frol)

Plans

• nearcore:
  • Cover broadcast_tx_* endpoints with regression tests to unlock future refactoring (@khorolets)
  • Refactor health and status to the structured errors (@chefsale)
  • Guard query(view_state) JSON RPC endpoint rejecting the calls to the accounts with "big" state (storage usage > N bytes) Reject view_state JSON RPC requests for big accounts #3950 (@bowenwang1996)
• meta: explored the scenarios and explanations to all the balance changes and document them in a case-by-case (@telezhnaya)

  • Bowen: 10% of validation reward goes to it, it is a network sustainability account
• Frol: Is there variance in rewards?
  • Bowen: Rewards are computed by a formula, and there is variance due to validators being offline
