I had a similar issue on https://github.com/bwbohl/sencha-cmd/ wher ethe build failed somwhere in apg-get update && install. Doing some research I realised my baseimag was no longer maintained so I switched it and it worked out (https://github.com/bwbohl/sencha-cmd/actions/runs/13309620575)

Hmm, not sure if they stopped supporting ubuntu 22.04 this quick, but at least this one with the update to 24.04 seems to run correctly: #32
