Objective YAML files

Hi,
I'm trying to build a planner, and in the objectives sections of the caldera documentation, I've seen that I can create an objective element, in order to increase my planner's capabilities and to set a fact target named goal.
In order to do that, it's mentioned that I should create a YAML file with the appropriate content.
That said, where do I have to save this YAML file?
