Support azure funcions plugin in monorepos

Hi there,

i am currently using an nx monorepo that will hold multiple could function in different directories and It would be great if the azure functions plugin would support this.

I found in the doc that you can only specify one project subpath (or use multi-root workspace where you would loose a lot of the features from nx)

if would be great if you could just add multiple project subpaths in the config as an array or comma separated values
