chiadog - windows

Hi there,

I followed the guide here fully:
https://github.com/martomi/chiadog/blob/main/WINDOWS.md

When I start the command:

.\start.cmd

I get the following error on the PowerShell.
What am I doing wrong?

I deleted everything and started all over again and its working.
Somehow the installation must be been corrupted in some way :)

No worries, everything works fine now ;)
