Any support for the dream egg?

I have everything setup and it finds the device id and local key and i put in my ip and or hostname and i have tried all different protocol versions but still get:
Unable to connect to your device with those details. It could be an intermittent issue, or they may be incorrect.

Since it isn't listed as a supported device I assume that is the problem, however, people online say they have gotten it working.
