adding device without scanning QR code?

Hi, I'm sorry to disturb with an issue which isn't really to do with HomeAssistant/the integration, but it's stopping me from using the software. I am totally blind and scanning a QR code is difficult. Whether this is just me being generally incapable or I'm doing something wrong, I don't know. Anyhow, I tried the TUYA integration, got a sighted person to scan the QR code, and my unit is "unsupported". It's an air conditioner. If I may ask, is there a way to get the key without scanning the QR code? The devices.MD file seems to say that I must scan the code to get the device added to my account, and I can only get the DPs once I get it added. I don't think my device is supported, but I can't even get the DPs without a key, can I? Getting someone who can see here is an annoyance for the next little while, so I'm wondering how to do this non-visually. Thanks.
