Day 2, settings arent taking

I installed this yesterday on Bazzite KDE, got my panel background black, and it looked awesome on my oled. However, now this morning I boot up, and its either fully transparent or the vanilla-ish grey color. As I flip through the presets none of them are having an effect. Is there a system settings I should have changed? Yesterday after I installed it everything was working well, changes were happening immediately. Presets were all functional, but now this morning, day 2, it doesn't seem to be working fully. Im guessing it has something to do with "Changes to the current preset are not synced to disk automatically." But I'm not certain that's it, when I select the "Black" preset it goes fully transparent. Changing to custom color has no effect.
