Latest version bump (? > 2.0.0) broke heroku deploy (dpl, dpl-heroku gem)

Our pipeline broke today with latest dpl version (2.0.0).
Unfortunately i dont know which version we used before.
It seems like the recent update related to faraday package broke something.

👋 Hi! This new major version has a slightly modified API, and without changes is therefore incompatible with the 1.0.

Noting that dpl (from an earlier Travis era) refers to pre-1.0 Faraday here:

Thanks a lot! The workaround was exactly what i was hoping to find. (I'm a Heroku newbie)
