How to share an assistant or a plugin within the same Tenant?

Hello Community,

I have a question regarding sharing a Custom Assistant or plugin within the same Tenant.

We’ve created a Custom Assistant for one user, and now we’d like to make it accessible to others within the same Tenant (we are using a local setup with Docker Compose).

However, the "Share" button in the top-right corner of a chat only seems to allow sharing the chat itself, not the Assistant configuration.

Is there a way to enable sharing the Assistant's configuration with other users in the same Tenant?

Additionally, I have a similar concern regarding plugins. From my research, I found this documentation that explains how to reference a plugin that isn’t available in LobeHub. But I’d like to confirm if this is the recommended process, or if there are other ways to manage plugin sharing within the Tenant.

Struggeling with the same. I wonder, what the current "Share" feature really solves...

But there is something I found:
In the Agent Store click on "Create" in the top right corner:

**Method One: Submit via LobeChat**

Access the settings page for the assistant you want to submit through the settings in the upper right corner of the conversation window;
Click the 'Submit to Assistant Marketplace' button in the upper right corner.

Unfortunately it just forwards me to the lobechat agents index github repo. Wonder, if I could edit the forward URL to maybe a custom form
