When contributing, where in Langchain Forum do I ask for assignment?

I am thinking of implementing some retreivers, documen loaders, tools, etc that exist in python but not in JS version. (for python i found all of the libraries are in the langchain community repo, but for JS it was in lib folder.)

I believe this job would mainly be porting python codes to TS.

I read the Contributing Guideline and found this quote:

For feature requests, please defer to the LangChain Forum.

Where in Langchain Forum do I request in order to get stuff assigned? (so that I don't do duplicate job as somebody else)

Also posted this same post on the forum, but it seems like new users are not allowed to post anything there.
