agentgateway install - Gateway failing to initilize

Followed instructions given docs to create AgentGateway in local kind cluster with kubernetes v1.33.4.

Having issue with gateway setup and failing with below error:

% k get gateway -n kgateway-system   agentgateway

Gateway Error:

Any clue what went wrong and how to fix it..

kgateway v2.2-main has worked fine.
