Hi,

Was waiting for this to go in (as I was planning to add an environment for xeus-cpp-lite) as I see separate environments being added for each kernel (environment.yml was updated to environment-r.yml). Was planning to build on top of this.

EDIT: Have added it here : #64
Would need to be rebased on this one.

Thanks @anutosh491!

I was waiting to see if others had more feedback. Since this adds a new Python kernel next to the existing Pyodide one it looks fine and should be causing any issue.

Happy to merge if it can help build on this and add more kernels.
