Is there anyway to control how the toolbar actions modals appear?

I've got the editor in a div, and when I click on some of the icons like the emojis or image or link actions, if they are at the end of the toolbar, they open to the right , getting cut-off.
Is there a setting or a way to have them open in the center of the editor or someway so they don't get cut-ofdf?
