git-gui: completed german translation

More glossary changed, mostly adapted to git-core German glossary at
https://github.com/ruester/git-po-de/wiki/Translation-Guidelines
and translation changed accordingly. One notable change in translation
is branch -> Branch. Overall increased consistency.
