initial-command-quick-terminal to issue command for first quick terminal surface?

I was hoping that a specialized initial-command-quick-terminal would exist so that I can use the quick terminal to quickly open my notes for the day inside neovim.

Maybe someone can think of a clever workaround to find out if a terminal is a quick terminal so I can bake it into the original initial-command?

Re this, there is a horrible fragile hack in #3985 but other than that there isn't really any way at the moment.
