Reproducible hard crash (EXC_BAD_ACCESS / KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS)

Running Mac OS 15.2 - M4 Max
Reproducible both on tip (as of Jan 8th) and 1.0.1
Hard crash closes the entire app.

Steps to Repo

1. run https://github.com/const-void/DOOM-fire-node (either npm start or bun start)
2. Hold down a modifier key (control, option, command)
3. Wiggle mouse around the terminal

Ghostty crashes right away on the normal build, or after a few seconds on the debug-slow build

I tried to load the crashes into a local sentry but am missing the debug info files. I did submit 4 crash reports to the sentry instance in the README.

Compared to running in the integrated Terminal.app, Ghostty is faster, but glitches with mouse movement. So this could have something do with the mouse.
