Changes in homepage v1.0.0

A few things:

1. Please read the release notes for more information about the specific changes and the rationale for them.
2. The documentation includes more information about HOMEPAGE_ALLOWED_HOSTS as well.
3. Don't forget that homepage didn't update itself, so consider changing your watchtower (or whatever) settings if you don't want things to auto-update, and of course you can stay on v0.10.9 if thats your preference.
4. Please remember that this software is created by normal people (just like you!), for free. There is simply no need for obnoxious comments. Yes, no one likes it when things stop working but we and many other users are willing to try and help those who ask. Keep the low-stakes context in mind (aka we're talking about self-hosted dashboard software, not the family jewels).
