So far, it hasn't seemed like there's much need of a mailing list. That said, it seems better to have one that we don't need than to discover later that people would have used one if it were only there. Accordingly, I've created one:

Unofficial support can be had by posting in the user group or by contacting me directly. I'm happy to help if I can, as I have time. Get in touch with me on Twitter or over email and we'll go from there.

At the moment, I believe that Moo's base of users is fairly small, although it's never easy to tell. I know there are people using Moo that haven't made any direct contact with me or with the rest of the users, but I don't know exactly how many other than the fact that some of them occasionally contact me or request features.
