Show row groups collapsed by default or save expansion state

I would like to see the groups collapsed by default or better yet store the expansion state in the config so that on restore i see the grid exactly as i saved it.

I'm guessing that saving the expansion state is not possible because it's data dependent and could change over time, hence not a good idea to store in config.

Maybe we could instead store how many levels deep the table is expanded on?
