Noticed for marketing

Hi all,

Just wanted to mention that I've been using Noticed for a bunch of tasks that aren't really explained in the documentation. Normally reserved for a CRM or Loops.so

• "Welcome" flow - When a new user signs up, I used Noticed to send them a sequence of emails with useful information. They also get a WhatsApp to check whether they need help.
• Onboarding to premium flow - When a user upgrades to the "pro" version of our software, they get a few emails and WhatsApps helping them with that.
• Invites - (More standard but) We send a few emails / WhatsApps when a user is invited to the platform.

I know the gem is more focused around notifications, but just wanted to mention that this is an option and is working great for me.

The key to building sequences with noticed is this pattern (setting up multiple delivery methods with the same class, and setting their "wait" parameter to the appropriate amount):

    config.wait = -> { 1.day }
    # configure message you want to send on day 2
  end
end
