Tapioca Angry...What?

Not sure what is going on or how its related to this gem. But after installing the bin/tapioca gem command stopped working with the trace below. At first i thought oh I'm dumb need to install migrations and run, but got same result. Using https://github.com/appfolio/store_base_sti_class for my own STI classes (my biggest suspect as this gem uses STI). Whats crazy is how this issue is surfacing, made it pretty hard to find the source. Any way can confirm removing the gem fixed the problem with tapioca generation. Any thoughts/guidance is appreciated. Will post in tapioca as well, since no matter the issue that error was not helpful and had no way to dig deeper.
