[photos] Feature request: Improve search engine accuracy and language support

The current search functionality inside Ente is extremely limited:

• It’s very inaccurate when trying to find photos based on content or metadata.
• The search often ignores or misinterprets keywords, especially when the app is set to Spanish or other non-English languages.
• In many cases, I can only get results if I type in English, even if the photo includes Spanish text.

This creates a frustrating experience, especially for users with large libraries or those who are used to advanced search (like in iCloud, which allows text recognition, live text copying, etc.).

Suggestions for improvement:

• Implement OCR-based search to detect and index text inside images.
• Add support for multilingual search, respecting the app’s UI language or system locale.
• Improve fuzzy matching to better interpret queries even with minor differences or accents.

Thanks for considering this — a robust search experience would significantly increase the value of Ente.
