Enable MAUI SDK diagnostics by default for Aspire

Should we enable the MAUI SDK diagnostics by default for the Aspire integration by adding this: https://learn.microsoft.com/dotnet/maui/whats-new/dotnet-10?view=net-maui-9.0#diagnostics to our MAUI service defaults template?

Pros:

• Get cool MAUI performance information out of the box

Cons:

• Can be noisy and a lot of data out of the box

Alternative could be to add it, but commented out

Fixed with #31900, enabled by default for now, lets see based on feedback if we should change that.
