Add Perspective tool for distorting text

Hello,
A very useful feature of GIMP is the Perspective tool for distorting text. (https://docs.gimp.org/2.10/en/gimp-tool-perspective.html)
Could you incorporate this feature?
Just at a very basic level, it would be enough if Ctrl+left mouse button allowed the corners to be moved independently and distorted the text; no other parameters or properties are needed.
