[BUG] Checking update versions shows updates when I'm already updated

Describe the bug

The update check is done with vA.BB.C pattern, where C is only one digit, but it should use regex to match all digits in the version.

To Reproduce

Upgrade DDEV to v1.24.10, open VS Code, see the popup (I don't know the frequency of this check, but it appeared to happen on first start)

Expected behavior

It shouldn't show this popup.

Thanks for letting me know. The issue is that when running ddev --version the current regex doesn’t extract the version correctly and returns v1.24.1 instead of v1.24.10. It’s an easy fix.

I’ll push an update this weekend.

ddev --version -j also works for json output if that works better for you.

ddev --version -j | jq -r .raw.version

The -j flag was added in some recent DDEV version, but DDEV Manager should be able to detect updates for anything.
