[Question]: Why are some variables camel-case maxContextTokens vs. max_tokens?

What is your question?

I'm not sure if it's a subtle naming hint, for example camelCase is for TypeScript, and snake_case indicates Python/API config?
Or is max_tokens named that to match the similar var in other AI projects/APIs?
