Remove wrapping <a> tags around <image> tags

Does anyone know if there's a way to remove wrapping tags around tags?

exclusiveFilter: (frame) => {
  return frame.tag === 'a' && frame.mediaChildren == ['img'];
}

I thought you can do it with the exclusiveFilter like the above but it just removes the entire element.
