Hi all, new Keka user here on a new MacBook. Despite having read https://github.com/aonez/Keka/wiki/Default-application a few times, I am still not 100% sure if I understood the process of using - or rather installing - the helper correctly:
/Downloads
/Downloads/KekaExternalHelper.app/Contents/MacOS/KekaExternalHelper --set-as-default
I get all the Terminal feedback that Keka is now the default app:
What is unclear to me still:
Do I need to do anything after that point with the helper? The Wiki says:
But
/Users/[YOUR_USERNAME]/Library/Containers/com.aone.keka/Data/Library/Application Support/Keka/
is still empty after calling it from the Terminal. Does it mean it did not install itself? To which location did it move? Do I still need to do it even after running it via Terminal? Is running it from the Terminal and thus setting it as default application “enough” or does the helper after that still need to be moved somewhere?
Sorry for those hopefully not silly questions, but I couldn't figure this out from the Wiki ...
