How to get notification for Fulfillment Inbound v0 shipments

Hi All,

I'm currently trying to figure out how to get notifications for shipments, or is this something we need to poll?

I'm seeing something for outbound but nothing for inbound, I would like to track my clients incoming shipments and update this on their dashboard.
