Is it possible to make it work like digital assitant app so that we can quickly summon hail and launch freezed app like icebox ?

With icebox we can set it as digital assistant and because of this we can use gesture to easily and quickly summon icebox without going back homescreen and clicking app to unfreeze it and launch it and then again go back to freeze it. In icebox we can do this stuff quickly, so can you make some changes like that to make hail usage much more smoother and faster for freezing and unfreezing of any app.
